Over the five weeks or so we have been speaking about America, history and revival. History is important. The story of the hand of God in the founding and preservation of our nation must be given great priority if there is to be a hope for a cultural and spiritual restoration. Remembering what God has done for us personally and as a nation, and remembering our American history, good and bad, will begin the process of turning America around. So, today, we are focusing on the “Hand of Providence” in our nation’s beginnings and in our own lives. We need to take time to look for God’s hand working in our lives and give thanks to Him for that. #fsbcsermon #fsbccoalinga

Our hope for America or this World’s future is not in who is President or leading the governments of the World, but in Jesus Christ. Our liberties and freedoms are only secured through the Church, made up of Christ followers. Mr. Rogers demonstrated his faith to a watching world. He helped children learn to deal with their emotions, like fear and anger. He taught everyone to be kind to their neighbor. Today, across the world we are seeing fear, worry, anger, frustration, sadness and panic. Many people are expressing a variety of emotions in face of uncertainty. As a result we have seen: panic, selling off stocks, hoarding and fights. And…We have seen others demonstrate love and kindness to their neighbors. We could all be more like Mr. Rogers, but better yet, more like Jesus! Many of us feel like we need to do what it takes to survive right now. We want to have enough money for bills, and food for our families. The number one rule in any survival situation is this: Don’t Panic! #fsbcsermon #fsbccoalinga
