The Perfect Gift
Tuesday Dec 11, 2012
Tuesday Dec 11, 2012
Just after Thanksgiving many people begin the rush to find the perfect gifts for their friends and family. At the same time, Christians remember it is Jesus Birthday and many of us sing “Happy Birthday” to Him. And yet, we might like to get Jesus the perfect gift to go along with the song. What is the perfect gift for God on His birthday or any time? The Prophet Micah asked the same question. In this message, Pastor Terry will show us the answer that came right from God to Micah.

Outside the Box
Sunday Dec 02, 2012
Sunday Dec 02, 2012
Last week Pastor Terry asked us, “If our church was pulled out of our community, would it be missed?” To be missed, the church must have been an active and vital part of the community that was making a difference in it. This requires catching God’s vision and acting upon it in faith. If He has called us to do something, then we must go and do it no matter what our resources or abilities are. Too many times we think inside our own logical boxes of reason. We need to think outside of the box in faith. We start this service with some words about going and witnessing from our International Mission Board and some Christmas music. Mustiness Not Dustiness
Sunday Nov 25, 2012
Sunday Nov 25, 2012
Would your community miss your church, if it were no longer there? Would you be missed if you were no longer in your church? Tough questions to ask, but ones that must be asked to analyze and measure our effect on those around us for the Lord. In this message, Pastor Terry will remind us of the things we must do if we want our community to value us. We must encourage one another to acts of faith that will shine for the glory of Christ Jesus our Lord. Contact us at thewordinfusion@mindspring.com

Evidences of a Thankful Heart
Sunday Nov 18, 2012
Sunday Nov 18, 2012
With Thanksgiving occurring this week, we begin to think about the things we are thankful for. Many things usually come to mind. We are thankful for our salvation, for our family, for our church, etc. We say “Thank You” to God for what He has done for us and for what He has given us, but do we really show any evidence other than our words that demonstrates how truly thankful we are? Pastor Terry will speak to us today about how a “Thankful” heart towards God is evidenced by how we live.

Wage War
Monday Nov 12, 2012
Monday Nov 12, 2012
The second Sunday in November we honor our Veteran’s. We are thankful for the service they have provided our country. We pray for our Veteran’s and our active duty military. Their faithful service reminds us of our duty as Christians to be a Veteran of our Faith and to be willing to wage spiritual war. In this message Pastor Terry reminds of “Christianity 101: Wearing the Spiritual Armor” and how we are to take every thought captive and demolish strongholds. We start this podcast out with a special skit performed by the Pastor’s daughter.

Facing Persecution
Sunday Nov 04, 2012
Sunday Nov 04, 2012
The first Sunday in November is the day we have set aside to remember in prayer the persecuted Christians around the World. In the United States, we face mild to moderate persecution. From ridicule, hindrance of freedom, and even sometimes being jailed. Around the World Christians face imprisonment, torture and death for their faith in Christ. Churches are bombed and burned repeatedly in some areas. Yet, these faithful Christians continue on. Are you persecuted in any form? If not, why? How will you stand for Christ in times of persecution?

Push Back Darkness
Sunday Oct 28, 2012
Sunday Oct 28, 2012
Last week we discussed “The Subtle Snare”. How we can be subtly lured in by Satan into darkness. This week we are taking a look at King Saul and how his disobedience to God and His Word led him into darkness and despair. Like him, we too, can be enveloped by darkness if we do not push it back and walk in the Light of Christ.

The Subtle Snare
Sunday Oct 21, 2012
Sunday Oct 21, 2012
Christians need to guard against evil practices or evil associations that destroy lives and instead follow God and His ways which gives life. We need to be that Light that cuts through the darkness of this World. We must remember Satan uses subtle snares to lure us and trap us in his darkness.

Spiritual Privilege
Sunday Oct 14, 2012
Sunday Oct 14, 2012
As Christians we have a great spiritual privilege that comes with great responsibility, just as a driver does with driving vehicles or a voter voting for what will take place in their country. Driving and voting should be taken seriously as a great privilege that God has allowed us freedom to do. So should the Christian take great pride in the privileges God has given them spiritually to be responsible with.

"Oy Vay! America!"
Sunday Oct 07, 2012
Sunday Oct 07, 2012
Was Christopher Columbus a Spaniard on a mission for the Queen of Spain to expand her empire or was really focused on something else? Did his discovery of America define him or did something else really set him apart from other historical figures?
