Everybody matters to God, no matter whether God matters to them or not. God loves them and died for them, therefore we should love them too. We should be rich towards others through generosity, kindness, compassion and looking to their interests first, because God loved us and showed compassion towards us.

Previously, in Luke 12, Jesus had taught that His servants needed to be ready and waiting for their Master’s return. In this message, Jesus will give a difficult answer to Peter’s question in response to Jesus’ parable about who are the servants who are to be ready and waiting. Jesus will explain about who the good and bad stewards are and what the Master will do in response to their service when He returns.
