God, our Father, uses different methods with us, His children. Sometimes he uses pressure and other times He uses His hope to bring us around and put us on track. Intervention is a natural and godly characteristic of fathers.  We take a look at this through Jairus, Jesus and ourselves.  Happy Father's Day to all our Dad's out there.

Pastor Terry speaks to us about the power of the tongue.  With the great illustrations in James Chapter 3, we will learn how as Christians we are not to use both words of blessings and words of cursings.  Our speech should be a fresh flowing spring of good, clean, and refreshing words.

We begin this podcast with the "Father's Love Letter".  Then Pastor Terry will show us in Romans 8 just how much God loves us. Then we will see in I John 4 that just as He loved us, we should love one another.

Its been a month since we were able to get back to our Wednesday night Bible Study in the book of I Thessalonians, so Pastor Terry decided to just start over and re-do I Thessalonians Chapter 2.  This time is it the complete chapter.  Back in November it was only part of the Chapter.  Chapter 2 focuses on Paul's ministry to the church in Thessalonica.  He had poured himself in to the people there.  He longed to return for a visit.  Several times he had tried and several times he had been prevented from going.  He reminds them that he had taught them to walk worthy of God's calling.  Are you walking worthy of God's calling on your life?

Pastor Terry speaks to us about how painful sacrifice in obedience to God can be joyful, because of God's Grace.  Primary examples shared are are from Jesus, Moses and Joseph (Father of Jesus) lives.

Pastor Terry encourages us to take the opportunity and choose to be clothed in the righteous character of Christ.  We are to put on with excellence our spiritual attire.  The most important of which is love.

There is some great advice in Chapter 4 of the book to the Colossians.  A reminder of how are to live and speak.  We are be watched by those around us and we are a witness of Christ in our lives to them.  We also need to remember our fellow brothers and sisters in the Lord who serve faithfully.
