Once we choose new life, we will face challenges, problems, and tests of our faith.  Anxiety, worry, and fears can overwhelm us as we face emotional, physical and spiritual issues in life.  The key is what we do next.  Will we turn to God and stand on the Unshakeable Rock?  Will we become like the Unshakeable Rock?  #fsbcsermon #fsbccoalinga

This sermon series walks through the book of Ephesians, emphasizing God’s action at work in our lives both to restore us to himself and to restore our relationships with each other. Once the Master Artist is done with their Masterpiece they will make sure the frame and painting are hung securely with the proper picture hanging hooks and wires. Ones that are strong enough to hold the weight of the frame and painting. It’s the same with us, God’s Masterpiece (us). He puts us on display out in the world, but He does it with proper support and protection, so we do not fall down. God is going to provide us with all the right tools and equipment.  #fsbcsermon #fsbccoalinga #MasterpieceinProgressatFSBC

After many years of bad economy, political and social changes, world instability, terrorism, moral decline, natural disasters, personal, relational and economic problems, and not the least the ever-increasing Christian persecution, we can become weary and discouraged.  But through it all, as we look to God, He guides us and provides grace in every given need and situation.  For this we are grateful with thankful hearts to God!  We can find encouragement from the example of those who went before us and suffered, and by remembering Christ who endured much for us and we will not grow weary or discouraged as a result.

Just like our nation’s leaders and military are on the lookout for attacks from the enemy, we, too, as Christians need to be on the lookout for attacks from our spiritual enemy.  The devil is very crafty and sneaky.  He will do what he can to hit us and hit us hard.  We need to be prepared for enemy attacks.  We need to have offensive and defensive measures in place and use them.
