Jesus was born to bring us peace. The angels greeted the shepherds with that very message on the day He was born. We need to let the peace of God sink into our lives, no matter what the circumstance! We need to seek peace and pursue it. We need to make peace with our fellow man, so that others might come to know God’s peace too.

We start this podcast off with our Children and Praise Teams Christmas Program. Then the message will follow. A few weeks ago Pastor Terry spoke to us about the "Perfect Gift" to give to God, "The Shema" which required us to give 100% of ourselves to God. Then last week Pastor Terry spoke to us about three special gifts that we can give to God that should emerge naturally from us when we give ourselves 100% to God. This week Pastor Terry talks to us about the first gift of Christmas.

Just after Thanksgiving many people begin the rush to find the perfect gifts for their friends and family. At the same time, Christians remember it is Jesus Birthday and many of us sing “Happy Birthday” to Him. And yet, we might like to get Jesus the perfect gift to go along with the song. What is the perfect gift for God on His birthday or any time? The Prophet Micah asked the same question. In this message, Pastor Terry will show us the answer that came right from God to Micah.

What a wonderful proclamation was made by the Angel to the shepherds in the field! They pulled back the curtain on Heaven and gave us a peak. They told of the Savior who came from Heaven give us eternal life. There was a triune effect that took place when Jesus came to earth, died and rose for us. Pastor Terry will share those effects with us in this message.

The Apostle Peter knows that his death is approaching. As a result he wants to reminds us of the fact that he and the other Apostles were eye witnesses of the glory that God bestowed on Jesus. He also wants to remind us that scripture they have been taught is inspired by God. It is not something that man has interpreted on their own and written down, it is inspired by the Holy Spirit.

Unlike the miracle of the birth of a child embracing life, the miracle of the Brith of Christ gives life. Jesus' birth was foretold through prophecy and fulfilled through the miracle of God becoming flesh. That miracle was meant to bring about salvation for us and in return we are to share that miracle with others.
