Plowing Now, Don't Look Back!

Last week Pastor Terry spoke to us about "Plowing Hope" in to others lives.  This week he reminds us that once we have our hand on the plow we can't look back.  He shares with us 3 things that God expects from us as His followers.

The Apostle Peter begins this book out with some very important information for us to know. God has given us everything we need to live this life.  What wonderful news!  Next he goes on to teach us that we need to have fruitful growth in our walk with the Lord.

I Peter Chapter 5 Bible Study

The Apostle Peter gives instruction to Pastor in this first part of this chapter.  Pastor's are not to dominate their congregations, but instead to lead by example.  Peter then gives instructions to every Christian.  We are to resist the devil and submit to God.  We need to remember that the devil is like a roaring lion.  A great visual picture to help us be more aware of the spiritual battle we are in.
