Love Gained
Sunday Feb 27, 2011
Sunday Feb 27, 2011
Last week we took at "Love Lost". It was a message dealing with recognizing if you are losing or have lost your "First Love" as spoken of in Revelation Chapter 2. This week Pastor Terry helps us to understand that our "First Love" is just a beginning place. From there we are to grow more in love with the Lord. We are to remain loyal, like a Bride and Groom are to remain loyal when they are married. We should be moving beyond spiritual milk and on to spiritual meat in our relationship with God. We are not to grow lazy in our walk, but be faithful and persevere.

I Timothy Chapter 1 Bible Study
Friday Feb 25, 2011
Friday Feb 25, 2011
In chapter 1 of I Timothy, Pastor Terry reminds us that we need to guard the truth. We are to know the true gospel message and doctrines of the Lord and not accept any others. Through the Apostle Paul's life example we are encouraged in this chapter to share with others that God's grace is sufficient for anyone. God is able to take the worst offender and turn his/her life around. God's grace that we receive through our belief in what Christ did for us changes us for His glory. It doesn't matter what we did in this life, only what Christ has done for us and through us. We are to keep up the good fight of faith for the Lord.

Sunday Feb 06, 2011
Last week we looked at how important it is for us to take even one small step at a time in our walk with Lord. This week Pastor Terry shows us how important it is that we keep up those footsteps of faith. We need to remember that the righteous live by faith, not by sight. By faith we need to reach forward to what is ahead. Our faithful steps will lead to even greater faith in our God.

II Thessalonians Chapter 3 Bible Study
Friday Feb 04, 2011
Friday Feb 04, 2011
In this Chapter the Apostle Paul warns the church that its people should not be idle. Everyone must work for their food. Yes, we must help those in true need, but it is expected that one must be willing to work if they can. Laziness has no place amongst God's people.
